Aluminium Wall Plate (48.3mm) - Kee Lite (L61-8)
This aluminium wall plate tube clamp is to be used with 48.3mm alloy or steel tube. It features holes provided for countersunk head fixing screws only, and is used in structures where the fixing required is positional only. Frequently used as a wall fixing bracket.
These aluminium tube clamps are great for use in harsh enviroments (like marine work), as they are corrision resistant, and controlled enviroments like clean-rooms etc... They can also be used as an alternative to fabrication to construct all-aluminium structures, and are also useful for building temporary or portable structures like trade show stands, banner stands, for staging or lighting rigs etc... as they are extremely lightweight.
The hole diameter for the fixing is 6mm.

This tube clamp is also supplied in 48.3mm size with a galvanised iron finish.
We do not recommend pre-drilling as there can be irregularities in casting that can produce small variations in the size of the holes. Note: It is not recommended for use as a base flange to support guardrail or balustrades.
