Tube Clamps - Double Sided Fixed Bracket 198-c
Tube Clamp or Pipe Clamps for 42.4mm tube. This malleable iron casting is also available in a 33.7mm or 48.3mm Tube Clamp size. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term Key Clamps.
To secure this fitting we recommend a 6mm wood screw for furniture & wood applications, and a 7.5mm multi fix screw or 8mm shield anchor for concrete applications.

The Base Flange with Kick Plate tube clamp is ideal for guardrailing and balaustrading applications where the addition of a kick plate is required. The slotted holes allow for adjustment and ease of fitting.
To secure this fixing you can use an M10 through bolt.

We do not recommend pre-drilling as there can be irregularities in casting that can produce small variations in the size of the holes.
All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.
